Casino funds are a vital source of funding for our organizational goals and approved membership activities. In the past, casino funds received have gone towards local myeloma research and helped to pay administrative expenses of MASS. Myeloma Alberta Support Society (MASS) is fortunate to once again be able to run a casino event and share in casino funds. However, MASS requires a number of volunteers for our designated casino event.
Details of the casino event are:
- When: February 26 & 27, 2019 (Tuesday & Wednesday)
- Where: Starlight Casino located at West Edmonton Mall
Please consider volunteering and invite your family and/or friends to join you. You do not need to be a MASS member to volunteer. No experience is necessary. An experienced licensed casino advisor will be there and able to provide training support and assistance for you.
Below are:
- Listing of available positions and shifts, and
- Casino position descriptions.
Please choose your preferred position, time and date from the volunteer shift schedule below. If you are flexible with these, please indicate so.
Do you have family/friends as well who would be interested in volunteering for the casino event, perhaps working with you at a similar time in the same or different position? Please ask them to choose their preferred position also.
Note that you cannot fill any more than one position for the duration of the casino, however you can work as many shifts in one position as you wish. And you will get time for breaks and meals.
